I don’t know about you, but I really love Goodreads. It’s an amazing community of authors and readers. I have never done a book giveaway there before but with the latest release in the Jon Bragg series I decided to give it a try. One of the best ways to keep an author like myself going is to support us on Goodreads by following us there and possibly sharing our Goodreads profile with your friends and family. It’s a challenge to be able to get the word out about our books because we are up against large publishing houses and really an incredible quantity of books in online bookstores.

A new challenge has been introduced by the availability and capabilities of artificial intelligence like ChatGPT and Claude. AI is making it easier for people to produce content and that is just going to flood online bookstores over the coming months and years. That’s one of the main reasons why it is so important to support us simple human authors that you know. It takes us longer to write books but hopefully you will find greater pleasure in reading our books. We don’t follow formulas because our creativity is guiding us, not a mathematical algorithm.
